In 2000, while a business owner in Dallas, Texas, Chuck Bentley was deeply impacted as a student in a Crown Bible study. The entire direction of his life was changed when he realized that he was attempting to serve two masters, God and money, and failing at both.
Robert Dickie, III, President
After prayerful consideration and hard work on both sides, Robert Dickie III, former Air Force Captain and interim COO of Crown Financial, will assume the role of president of Crown Financial Ministries effective July 2, 2011, the Board of Directors announced today. As part of an effort to increase Crown's overall impact in global ministry, and to prepare Crown for its next phase of expansion, Bob and the directors have worked steadily over the last six months to build the foundational relationship necessary to achieve these goals.
Stephen Pantin, CFO
Stephen Pantin, is a CPA with international experience and currently enrolled in Emory?s MBA program. He joined Crown Financial Ministries as interim CFO in July and on March , was named Crown?s CFO. Prior to this, he served as the lead financial professional for the Nestea brand at The Coca-Cola Company. During his period at The Coca-Cola Company, he grew the Nestea brand in the Americas from 5 markets to 15 markets.
Greg Lewis, VP - Business Outreach
Greg is a serial entrepreneur successful in building, leading, and transforming US and international companies for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Crown, Greg served as the CEO of an export management company where he used his International experience to help US companies market and sell their products and services around the world. He has also served as the Executive Director of Lutheran Hour Ministries, an International Christian media and volunteer organization with offices located in 40 countries.
Jim Klonaris, VP - Sales
Crown Financial Ministries President Bob Dickie announced the addition of Jim Klonaris as the organization's Vice President of Sales effective November 1. "Jim brings a wealth of experience to Crown," Dickie said, "and we are so pleased that the Lord brought him during this time of renewed growth and unprecedented ministry opportunity." Crown CEO Chuck Bentley echoed Dickie's sentiments. "We are very impressed with Jim's credentials, and, even more, with his deep desire to serve God in this new role."
Jan Strydom, VP-Global Career Development
Jan Strydom was born in Pretoria, raised in South Africa and received a BA with Honors in Social Studies from the University of Potchefstroom and a B Theology from CLF. He did further post graduate studies at Unisa. His prior experience includes seven years in corporate business (Anglo American), four years as Registrar at the University of Vista and 13 years as a Pastor in a vibrant local church.
Wilson Cheah, VP - Asia Pacific Area
Wilson Cheah is serving Crown Financial Ministries as the Vice President for the Asia Pacific area. He comes with a business background, which spans over 35 years across a wide spectrum of industries from fast moving consumer goods to leisure and retailing.
Frank Gonzalez, VP - Latin America
Frank Gonzalez started his professional development at a very young age. At 17 he completed a course on credits analysis and Banco de Lara, a regional bank in Venezuela, recruited him.
For the next 18 years he continue to work in the banking industry, working at an executive level at several important banks in his country such as Interbank and Banco Mercantil.
Sheila Thompson, VP - Relationship and Knowledge Management
Sheila has been serving Crown Financial Ministries since 1992. She came to the ministry with 13 years of experience in the corporate world, bringing a background of both marketing and computer science. Initially, she started her journey with Crown in the Seminar Department and soon became Vice President, Customer Operations in 1994.
