The Legal Coordinator will:

Review, draft, and negotiate all contracts/agreements and maintain related records. Manage contract process in accordance with organizational contracting policies.
Communicate with publishing agents to establish new publishing agreements. Develop a calendar and follow publishing royalties throughout the year.
Begin files for new trademarks and keep track of subsequent filings to the Patent & Trademark Office on existing trademarks.
