Do you go all out on your Christmas decorations? The Christmas tree, the lights on your house, and the light up reindeer in your front yard?!

Those decorations are also expensive. All together, Americans spend $6 billion on Christmas decorations!

I am all in favor of some festive Christmas cheer, but not at the cost of financial freedom.

When you’re planning and decorating for Christmas, remember to be frugal. Today is not the best day to find good deals on those items.

It’s much easier to focus on celebrating the birth of our Savior if you’re not worried about credit card debt in January.
