Controlling Your Spending
Anna wasn’t a “shopaholic”. She had a budget, she never went over the top, and her spending seemed normal. She tended to overspend a little on eating out, groceries, and entertainment. And then those extra little expenses would pile up. Which meant that she wasn’t saving much or putting extra money towards getting out of debt.
Anna learned that even though she wasn’t spending a ton of money or buying extravagant things, she had a spending problem.
Being a good faithful steward means more than just having a budget.
What Anna needed to do was align what she believes about money with how she actually spends her money.
