Financial Priorities

Gary and Jessica  come from very different backgrounds, and before they got married, their pastor gave them some great advice about money.

Their pastor  told Gary and Jessica  that when it comes to finances, Give to God first, Pay Yourself Second, and Pay Everyone Else Third.

How simple is that?! When your spiritual priorities are in the right order, your financial priorities tend to be as well. In fact, Jesus tells us  – “where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

The piece of advice I would give Gary and Jessica is to now make a budget together! It’s a great exercise to unite your heart and finances with your spouse.
