Trusting God, Not Money

Matthew 6 says that we shouldn’t worry about anything.  But how often do we find ourselves fretting, stressed out, and anxious….just about money!

When Jesus was teaching in Matthew 6, he was likely talking to poor workers who maybe owned one change of clothing, and barely made enough money to buy food.

The people Jesus was speaking to were worried about the basics of survival. Listen, they didn’t have an emergency credit card to buy groceries, no budgeting apps, no financing options to buy stuff. 

But the lesson is the same. Do. Not. Worry. God sees every need that you have – and He is faithful to provide.
