Restoration Path
Restoration Path is a framework methodology with a purpose for empowering underserved individuals to discover their purpose, make a living, manage their resources, and become equipped stewards over the things God has given them. In helping them to answer the following questions:
- Who am I?
- Where am I from?
- Why am I here?
- What do I have?
- How do I use what I have?
We hope to lead them to a place where they can function as self-sustaining individuals. We always endeavor that these individuals will grow into leaders that will become teachers in and for their own communities. To start Restoration Path in a community, you need to have a dedicated and on-going presence in that community. The place where they meet will be designed for them to come and learn, practice, and develop the skills and knowledge offered through this program. These individuals are affected by marginalization in different ways and this program gives them the opportunity to slow down and re-access their lives in a place of community. This program gives them some assurance in their path to be great and significant in God’s kingdom. Come join us to learn how to take the first steps to implement Restoration Path.
2023 REUNION SPEAKERS
CHUCK BENTLEY
Crown CEO
Chuck Bentley is CEO of Crown, founder and executive director of the Christian Economic Forum, and serves on the boards of Foundations for Farming and Trust Bridge Global. In 2002, God impressed on Chuck's heart that God's principles of stewardship were desperately needed among the poor. He shared this vision with Crown's late founder Larry Burkett. Since that time, Chuck has been leading a movement to equip individuals, families, communities, and nations to flourish through the principles and practices of biblical economic solutions.
CRAIG DEALL
Foundations for Farming International
Craig Deall is the CEO of Foundations for Farming International, which aims to expand into all continents by establishing and mentoring multiple Stewardship Centers around the world in conjunction with Crown. These Stewardship Centers promote a method of sustainable agriculture and a message of hope and healing to a hurting world.
Foundations for Farming is founded on the faithfulness, humility, and unselfishness of Christ, and transforms communities by teaching individuals to become faithful stewards of faith, family, and finances through farming. The Lord took Craig and his wife, Bridgie, on a remarkable road of forgiveness. In 2008, this road culminated in Craig being led by the Lord to use his farming talents to serve the “least of his brothers” at Foundations for Farming.
PETER GREER
Hope International
Peter Greer is the president and CEO of HOPE International, a global, Christ-centered economic development organization serving throughout Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining HOPE, Peter worked internationally as a microfinance adviser in Cambodia and Zimbabwe and as managing director for Urwego Bank in Rwanda. He received a B.S. in international business from Messiah University and an MPP in political and economic development from Harvard’s Kennedy School. Peter’s favorite part of his job is spending time with the entrepreneurs HOPE serves - whether harvesting coffee with farmers in Rwanda, dancing alongside savings groups in Haiti, or visiting the greenhouses of entrepreneurs in Ukraine. As an advocate for the Church’s role in missions and alleviating extreme poverty, Peter has co-authored 14 books, including Mission Drift, Rooting for Rivals, The Spiritual Danger of Doing Good, Created to Flourish, and The Gift of Disillusionment.
TUFF HARRIS
One Heart Warriors
Tuff Harris, a former NFL defensive back, has become an invaluable partner to our ministry over the past couple of years. Tuff is of Crow and Northern Cheyenne descent, born on the Crow Indian Reservation, and lives in Billings, Montana today. In 2012 Tuff retired from a 5 year career in professional football. Since his retirement from football, Tuff has devoted his life to humanitarian work, particularly to help those who still live on the reservation. He started a non-profit organization called One Heart Warriors that aids in developing leadership qualities and improving the quality of life on the Crow Reservation. We can’t wait to share more about this partnership and the unbelievable opportunities that are ahead.
